Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and encrypted password.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including prompts submitted, images generated, features used, and timestamps.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers. We receive only transaction confirmations and subscription status from Stripe.

Generated Content: We store the images you generate and any brand assets (logos, colors) you upload to provide the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process transactions and manage your subscription
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, payment receipts)
  • Respond to your requests and support inquiries
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase (database and authentication) and Supabase Storage (images). All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect or process your data:

  • Supabase - Database, authentication, and file storage (Privacy Policy)
  • Stripe - Payment processing (Privacy Policy)
  • Google (Gemini API) - AI image generation (Privacy Policy)
  • Netlify - Website hosting (Privacy Policy)

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and generated content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain data for legal or compliance purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access - View your personal data through your account settings
  • Export - Download your data using the export feature in account settings
  • Delete - Delete your account and all associated data at any time
  • Cancel - Cancel your subscription at any time through account settings

  • Right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used
  • Right to request deletion of your personal information

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Moodyboards.ai (the "Service") operated by Rectangle Circle Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Moodyboards.ai is an AI-powered moodboard and image generation tool. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create images based on text prompts and brand settings you provide. All images are generated by AI and may not be perfect or exactly as described.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

Pricing:

  • Free tier: 3 single images (one-time)
  • Pro Monthly: $12/month - 5 moodboards + 15 single images per month
  • Pro Yearly: $96/year - 5 moodboards + 15 single images per month (save 33%)
  • Credit packs: $8 for 5 additional moodboards (never expire)

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for subscription fees, credit pack purchases, or any other charges.

Price Changes: We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we will notify you in advance.

5. AI-Generated Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of the images you generate using the Service, subject to the following:

  • You grant us a license to store, display, and process your content to provide the Service
  • AI-generated images may have limitations on copyright protection under applicable law
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws

No Guarantees: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee that generated images will be suitable for any particular purpose, free of defects, or match your expectations.

Brand Assets: If you upload logos or brand assets, you represent that you have the right to use them. We are not responsible for any trademark or copyright claims related to assets you upload.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or threatening content
  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Generate explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content depicting real people
  • Harass, defame, or invade the privacy of others
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or abuse the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Rectangle Circle Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECTANGLE CIRCLE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rectangle Circle Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
